Welcome to our community of family residents, private, and business property owners located within the boundaries of Cedar Grove, Conley, and Ellenwood. The CGNA was organized in 2003 after a group of community leaders recognized the need to address issues of concern that were negatively impacting the neighborhood. In resolving such matters, a decision was made to bring together all residents of School District 3, Commissioner District 5, and Super District 6 who are interested in improving the quality of life, protecting, growing and strengthening the neighborhood.
